A binding agreement for construction or remodeling work exists only once a written contract is signed by both parties.

These Terms govern only your use of the Site and online inquiries. They do not replace any written service contract, home improvement contract, change order, permit, warranty, notice of cancellation, mechanic's lien notice, or other document that may be required under applicable California law.

Service availability, scheduling windows, and pricing displayed or discussed through the Site are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until confirmed in a signed written contract.

Consultations and appointments requested through the Site (including through our Calendly scheduling widget) are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to JJK Construction Co and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site for its intended purpose.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer applies only to the Site itself and does not affect any warranty provided under a separate written service contract for construction or remodeling work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJK Construction Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

This limitation applies only to claims arising from use of the Site and does not modify any rights or obligations under a separate written service contract.
